By accessing or using MasterCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

MasterCheck provides a free, browser-based audio analysis and conversion service. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier allows 5 analyses per day, tracked via local storage. Attempting to circumvent this limit through technical means (e.g., clearing local storage, using automated scripts) is a violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MasterCheck for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to processing audio to which you do not hold the rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you process.

4. Intellectual Property

The MasterCheck application, including its code, design, and content, is the property of Jung Jin-ho and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MasterCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of LUFS or True Peak measurements for any specific use case, including broadcast delivery or streaming platform compliance. Always verify with calibrated professional equipment for critical applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jung Jin-ho shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
